My story. 

I am Cassidy, the founder of AuraFlow Yoga. What started as a personal practice during the uncertainty of COVID turned into my greatest passion. After losing my job as a travel agent, I turned to yoga for grounding, healing, and direction. It completely transformed my life.

For the past three years, I’ve worked in the yachting industry, sailing around the world, connecting with people, and discovering new ways to stay balanced while on the move. Now, I’ve come home to what lights me up the most — sharing yoga in a way that’s fun, freeing, and full of life.
