Due to the natural materials used, slight variations in texture or tone are considered part of the mat’s organic character and are not considered defects.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
